Trained at NJB muay thai the instructors are very good they pick up on every little detail and know how to teach the proper technique. the gym has a family atmosphere and is very welcoming. They also have day time classes which is very convenient if you work nights.

Nathan is a fantastic PT and a few sessions with him made a massive difference. With regard to the gym, I was initially a bit nervous but the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. Extremely talented and dedicated to his profession. Definitely with 5 stars

Amazing place. Being doing muay Thai for a few years now and in various gyms, but NJB is hands down the best place I've trained. The coach Nathan is amazing. The people, friendly and all help each other. If you want to get fight professionally, get fit or just loose a little weight, it caters for all!
