Incredible customer service all round! We were lucky enough to deal with Stephen and Patrick, who were good-humoured and personable and eager to get us the best deal possible. Cannot speak highly enough of them as a departure from the old stereotype. A delight from start to finish. And the hot chocolate was pretty good too.

We had a great experience at Paul Rigby - Dan and Jon Taylor were amazing during the process. Fast, efficient and super friendly. Totally recommended! Thumbs up for Roy as well, which delivered the car with a massive smile on his face.
I ordered my vehicle two months ago and I was really skeptical about the purchase as l had no prior knowledge about cars but l had an idea of what l wanted. Patrick Ford at Volvo Erdington branch facilitated the purchase and l must say the level of service l received was exceptional from communication, professionalism and the expertise it was highly impressive which made the whole process/sale very easy. In addition, we made an arrangement for me to collect my vehicle on Tuesday but to my surprise Patrick went the extra mile to ensure that l collected it before the arranged date which further indicated the level of efficiency. I am a proud owner of a brand new Volvo vehicle. Thank you Patrick for all your help.
I bought a car from the Birmingham Paul Rigby in 2018, brand new, fully loaded. The salesman (mentioning no names) didn't even have to try to sell me a car because I knew what I wanted. I then took my dad there to buy a car and I realised how poor the salesman actually was. He was not interested at all in selling us a car, ended up going to Wolverhampton instead. Forward to this year and I needed to change my car, again, went to the same salesman and not only did he not try, but after agreeing a deal with him, he then (later in the day) changed the deal as though I'd be OK with it - cancelled the order and instead got a much better deal from Volvo in Shrewsbury. The management and finance team seem good, just the particular salesman that is a letdown. The service department is exceptional. Definitely recommend Birmingham for servicing.
