Staff are welcoming and always have a smile when you arrive. They have a refurb underway and much of the building has had a facelift in lockdown... big plans for expansion. There’s a family atmosphere and other gym goers are friendly. The new hammer strength equipment are a great addition bringing the gym up a few notches and making it a pleasure to train here. Boxing ring and MMA cage are popular with a few instructors doing classes and one to one sessions. I look forward to coming here for a workout ️\u200d️ Great gym, good people... thanks guys

Love this little place that's new in sparkhill. The staff are friendly and have manners this is very very hard to find in gyms in this locality. The place has been done up to an above satisfactory level. They have all the equiptment needed for a very strong workout session. The management are well mannered and have a smile as I mentioned before a smile when entered can determine if you will be a member for not. It's a local run gym and its mixed without any music so you can have your headphones in and listen to what you would like. They have personal trainers in hand which is very convenient. Definitely a gym to join.

Great place. Attitude has become much better and facilities are always in good quality. A great workout is included followed up with some great and motivating sparring.
Top gym... Glad it's opened... Get some normality back..
