Understandable really long wait times, the staff have been really efficient and friendly. I really really wish they wouldn’t let people use their phones for calls in the hospital.... everyone feels unwell and doesn’t wanna hear people being loud on their phones.

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Selly Oak Birmingham: My recent Experience is as follows: Recently Built and fairly NEW HOSPITAL IS A STATE OF ART HOSPITAL BUILDINGS - consisting of 3 Hugh Oval Dome shaped Beautiful builds in Aqua Blue & Aqua Green flamboyant colour schemes. The colours have some tranquility, relaxing, soothing & calming effects bouncing back thus making it a very attractive & inviting place. ( See photos they speak volumes) On my recent visit for a MRI Scan I noticed a very High Standards of workmanship throughout the Hospital. Also displayed & visible were Very High Standards of Clinical Cleanliness procedures adherence. Staff at the Main Entrance And the MRI UNIT were very helpful, friendly & courteous yet strictly following their care processes and professional procedures. The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in the HEART OF BIRMINGHAM- keep ticking hearts of People from ALL WALKS OF LIFE THUS MAKING BIRMINGHAM A HARMONIOUS PLACE FOR EVERYONE. Had to attend A&E yesterday afternoon, not been before, all was smooth including Covid screening at the entrance. Easy check in system filling form in. Didn’t have to wait too long and all staff very professional and pleasant considering some of the ‘difficult’ people they must contend with including what I saw during my visit. It’s difficult enough attending somewhere like A&E during Covid when folk can already feel on edge etc so hats off to our NHS staff for their treatment of me in my hour of need. Can’t thank or praise them enough
