Horrible customer service, giving false information to customer. I don’t recommend this airline. I think 90% of their agents are Idiots. And they don’t know how to talk to customers.

The airline is now very bad airline according to understand opinions. This might be improved. The airline is extremely arrogant and that is the problem
Terrible company. My wife and I lost our unborn child and we had to spend 2 days in hospital so couldn't fly. We contacted them and they didn't reply, then with more messages they eventually said they would get back to us. They never did. Even the death of an unborn baby won't stop them getting their money.
Love your affordable prices however, delays and customer service should be improved.
