They have good connections with in Norway. We took the flight from Ålesund to Oslo and Oslo to London Heathrow. Flight was on time. Coffee or tea was complimentary. But customer service was poor. Staff were rude. The flight wasn't smooth especially landing and taking off. I am pretty sure this was all in the hands of the pilot.

I'm gutted. As a Swede I really want to support SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, but after an on-line chat today I guess I just have to give my business to another carrier. I had such a small ask, but \Computer said no\. I feel for you SAS, as I know you are not doing very well. I don't think bad customer service is going to help your case.
Management should seriously consider firing the staff at the gate today on the flight at 20h30, delayed to 21h10 from London to Copenhagen. He refused to give me his name so I can not be more precise. I have been flying once a month at least for the last 20 years and this was the worst display of customer service I have seen yet and yes I have flown ryanair. Rudeness, lack of logic, laughing at the customers etc. I believe they have managed to seriously upset at least half of the passengers after already being delayed. 150eur premium to fly sas vs low cost airline thinking it would be better service. Deeply regret it
