Asked for beef steak, somebody needs to educate the staff what beef steak should be cut like... We went to get our beefsteaks from Sheikh Bros based on the Google users feedback hoping for a good piece of meat. On arrival at home very disappointing to see this.

A really good and friendly store to buy bangladeshi and Asian food and groceries. Clean store. Since being in Birmingham I always buy halal beef from them as I always found the beef excellent quality with less fat.

Staff at butcher section is totally unprofessional non co operative, asked for boneless fish and end up getting on bone fish,19 worth fish went to bin,asked for fish head to be cleared with eyes which guy done after a push. Management need to replace to pay them decent wages that they focus on customers.

I bought these 2 days ago. The expiration date was for March 2020! This is a fish product. They covered up the best before date. This was done very purposefully and was dangerous as it had an impact on peoples health after eating it. They refused to refund and blamed me for not checking the best before date! I've reported them to trading standards. They are a poor excuse for a Muslim and I urge people to be careful when shopping there.

Been going to this supermarket for so long, remember when my dad used to take us when we were kids and he used to chat with the father of the owners, who sadly has passed away. The sons are courteous and always remember our faces. All of the stock are fresh, I do my big shop there everytime.
