After being let down, ignored and generally messed around by a lot of firms I was absolutely blown away by Harry at SM Pro who not only replied to my enquiry in a timely manner but was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. I'm yet to place an order but the level of expertise and customer service is right up there.

Bought a set of super Moto wheels for my KTM absolutely amazed with the quality and communication from them would recommend will definitely be getting wheels from them in the future the best quality I’ve ever had at and absolutely fair price thank you

Awful customer service, website clearly states wheels would take 3 - 4 weeks, it keeps getting pushed back and now they're saying it will be at least 7.5 weeks before they're ready and sent. No excuse given nor an apology and as soon as you start to complain they disappear. Sad when you have to consider taking legal action to get what you paid for from a company.
