SureCare has looked after my Grandmother for just over a year now and I am really happy at the quality of the service they continue to provide. The staff she has are friendly, punctual and tend to all of her needs as specified in the care plan and more. Mother is a chatty soul and has managed to create a bond with a handful of carers which the Manager has tried to maintain to the best of their ability. Both The Manager and Team leaders have been a great support to our family in facilitating this and I would highly recommend their quality service. This has enabled mother to maintain her independence and preserve her dignity which is good for her mind body and soul. Although the care is centered around mother, the work that this company does has benefited our family more than they will ever know. All I can say is Keep up the good work, the world needs more companies/ staff members like you have.

SureCare has provided such excellent and professional care for my grandad. The carers that go into him on a daily basis go above and beyond to make him happy and comfortable. I would highly recommend and will always be grateful for everything they do and have done.
A very caring and responsive team, more than just a standard service which I have experienced before. The carers at SureCare go above and beyond what is required, taking time to really get to know my mother and what she requires for her to lead an easier life. I couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of my mother and would definitely recommend to anyone in need of care.
Had an appointment to discuss home care for a elderly person & didnt even turn up, waste of time & makes me wonder if they even would turn up for actual care, very unprofessional, wouldnt leave my loved one in there care
SureCare have been caring for my Nan for a while, they have always ensured that she has kept her independence and dignity and the carers have always been like true friends to her. Suffering with many medical problems, my Nan hasn’t got full mobility so without the carers at SureCare I don’t know what we would do at the times we cannot be there!
Brian, Isobel and Jennie have been a breath of fresh air for my whole family. The way they all play a part in caring for my father has really changed his attitude. Initially he didnt take to them but after 3 months of care we have all seen a change in him. He seems to be alot happier and often looks forward to seeing his carers. He particularly likes isobel, she is an outgoing bubbly soul that will light up any room she walks into and feel she has been instrumental in encouraging dad to open up more. These carers really have changed how he is day to day and I cant put the appreciation i have for them and the company into words. You have made a posetive impact on my fathers life and we (the family) are eternally grateful.
