Felt good to be back at the University. The coronavirus pandemic has created many changes, but the university has done so much to ensure the student experience remains amazing, while adhering to social distancing measures.

Timetables have not been released, even though lessons start in 10 days. No replys at all, they will literally ignore every message. Needed my timetable for my employer. I have messaged over and over for 4 weeks and only today have I received a reply which is aimed at everyone and does not even apologise for ignoring us all. Disgusting, why not say no updates as of yet or were still working on it? Why ignore us?. Telling us if we don't like classes we can possibly move before the semester starts? How? It starts in 10 days and we do not even know what classes we have been placed in. If I could go back id have never gone here.

Enrolled in GDL and went to uni as library service was open. Sanitizers evefywhere, cleaning wipes. Temp meters and spacing of over 2 meters in library avilable through booking of slots. One of the better decisions i have maxe in life. Good uni. Recommend it highly for fpreign students.

terrible service, I am currently a student here and not the only one who would score the university a 1 star, there is a failure to disclose to students key dates regarding exams etc. missing/ failing to inform of vital information, generally all they seem interested in is their payment. I would not recommend this university to anyone. Post grad

Please disregard the 1 star comment. This University is good. Post graduate study can be massively different from undergrad. They do support you and the standard of teaching is mostly high.
