This is an excellent company with superb products, Unfortunately they are now so popular - and rightly so - they are only able to take on-line orders. The ordering process is straightforward until I get to the point of explaining how to get to my allotment in Birmingham which is 300 yards to the gates off a main road and requires a rendezvous to lead the delivery driver through the allotment site gates - all on hard surfaces. I am happy to make an order for over 250 worth of topsoil, but not to pay without assurance of meeting the driver at a convenient place to guide them to my plot. I could end up with a refused delivery and the problem of recovering my cash. It is such a shame as this is a good company with a good product with whom I used to do business over the phone to a human being with a mobile number for the driver to ensure accurate delivery.

Bought topsoil. Price was competitive. Delivery arrived quickly. Only a few stones, but no other rubbish like glass. Loses a star as an email on morning of delivery and knock at the door would have been appreciated to better prep my drive. Nonetheless, I would use again. Thanks.
Best topsoil I've ever seen. Turf was great quality and delivered on a day of my choosing
Bought some of the veggie soil at 92, said it’s been screened down to 10mm there are stones an inch long by an inch wide, also there were rubber in the soil. Massive hard lumps that don’t break down. Had already laid half of it before I seen all the lumps. I would avoid this place as they don’t sell what they say. Before they say this is not the right company I’ve wrote this review about it is I’ve check number, address and photo are same.
Brought some bulk bags of topsoil and 20 rolls of turf from these guys, they couldn't be more helpful, the price was excellent and never charged for delivery so overall I got a very good deal. The bag of top soil was the best I have ever seen and the turf rolls was beautiful. I will be back for a bulk bag of Compost soon Thanks Guys. p.s this top soil is far cheaper than B&Q and better quality soil.
