This company has left my elderly great aunt without heating & hot water for nearly 3 weeks , she is 89 & lives in one of there bungalows for the elderly. Absolutely disgusting.. she is told when she rings them .. “ you will have to be patient “!!!! She’s always paid her rent on time pity they can’t do anything on time!!!

THE WORST HOUSING SERVICE EVERRRRR!!! DO NOT GET HOUSED BY THEM STICK TO THE COUNCIL GOD FORBID YOU EVER COME HERE!!! THEY DO noy listen to nothing, they havr taken my heaters and left without returning them for 7 months, my car got slashed and nobody wants to take notice of the complaints, block is filthy, people are filthy!!!! EVERYTHING SERVICE WISE IS FUKDDDDDD

Absolutely shocking communication in general, especially regarding repairs. Numerous phone calls and online complaints of mine, have been IGNORED. Our homes have been sub standardly built, snagging signed off inappropriately, resulting in dreadful faulty windows, leaking roofs, faulty brickwork to name but a few. Our estate looks like a building site, littered with scaffolding... and not a builder in site! Ladders left erected for access by children- SHOCKING! We are considering taking our concerns to the media/trading standards/ building regulatory body, simply because they won't work with us to resolve these horrendous, prioritising and essential Repairs. THIS IS SOCIAL HOUSING AT IT WORSE

Would never be housed with this company again and can't wait to leave them. Inadequate is an understatement. Treat their tenants like they're unimportant until it comes down to rent, yet the houses they put people in are more than unsatisfactory and a health risk. They're unresponsive to any communication when there's a problem, they'd rather just wait until you move out to fix the many problems with their properties. I've been emailing them now for over a year about the black mould in the property we are in where me and my partner who lives with bad asthma live and they tell us to buy expensive paint, leave our windows open through winter and don't offer any help with heating the property that they can't keep up with. The majority of the servicemen they send round seem to have no clue what they're doing and and I'm still fighting for some help, still no response... They tell you to report the issues with the property but it's honestly pointless because nothing will come from it. My boiler is currently atleast 20 years old and is broken, I haven't reported it because I know they won't replace it or fix it, it took them four months from the day we moved in to even get hot water in the property. No justice with this company all they care about is filling their properties and getting money. If I could give no stars then i would.

Waterloo housing it's one star from me. me and my family was supposed to become new tenants but they mess us about asking for info to be sent then they lost said info and then told us we would find out if we have it in 48 hours Before we even seen the property and then 4 days later say we got the property And then the property is not what we even bidder on It was meant to be semi detached two receptions room 2 bed room but you try giving us a mid terrace with the smallest living room no second reception room and a small kitchen fit for family with one child at a push My advice to anyone is stay as far away from this housing association as u can we gave them a chance and wasted over 3 week of time but read the reviews as we should of done there not one good one and all the bad one are spot on We are now in contact with a solicitor and putting in a clame under the false advertising act
