I never knew you could be excited about giving birth, be positive, calm and in control regardless what happens. I was very fortunate to discover this early in my pregnancy when I met Kate. The excitement when she told her birth and pregnancy story and how beautiful it was. I was hooked, I had never heard anyone refer to pregnancy or birth in such a positive and liberating way. They way she explained why our bodies do as they do and the beauty behind it, takes away the fear and uncertainty. I could not recommend her to enough people and I truly have her to thank for my positive, calm and excited mindset going into my birth. Thank you so much ️
