We asked this company to do a kitchen makeover for us , they said it would take 3 days and gave us all of the reassuring sales patter . They actually took over a month to do the job , ruining our Christmas. They cocked the job up from day one by ordering the wrong parts , they then went on to make mistake after mistake and when we rang them we were promised call backs which just didn't happen . Ordering from this company was the worst decision we ever made and I recommend anyone to steer well clear of apple(NE).

This company promised me a SOLID wood kitchen that would be more than worth the 7k we were taking out a loan for! So imagine my surprise when my kitten has managed to claw off the front of one of the kitchen drawers. They are in fact just veneered like all the ones that the sales rep slated and told us to stay away from. The flooring they put down has started to lift where the beading meets the wall and the extractor fan has been broken since a year after installation....Not that they were interested in coming out and fixing it. So I'm now left with a horrible kitchen and this disgusting company don't even have the common courtesy to reply to the letters I have sent asking for my loan to either be reduced or for them to come and put this right. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS!! The only thing you will get from them is poor service and more stress than you can handle. I plan on telling EVERYONE I know to keep well clear of them. My next stop is to the FCA to get them investigated. Mark my words Apple I will not rest until I see you pay for the mess you're making.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE This company offered us a free no obligation quotation for our kitchen and after 3 hours felt pressured into signing up. We cancelled after a few days as concerned with the design and 12k was a lot of money to spend if it was just going to look like we had changed the cupboard doors. The manager came to see us and changed the design and offered us the world to keep our business. Just wished we had stuck to our initial gut feeling. From start to finish (not that it is finished 18 months later) has been a nightmare and now they won't even attend to complete the snagging saying the kitchen was supply only. However they organised everthing and every part of the installation was a disaster and the customer service just as bad. Their manager explained that this was 2 companies Apple NE (kitchens) and Synergy (windows) but the directors of each business parted on bad terms, therefore they disolved the kitchen side of the business. The window director is now the main man and is sick of paying out towards the kitchen side even though they are still trading and refuses to pay out any more to put problems right - SO IF YOU WANT A KITCHEN GO ELSE WHERE
Absolutely shocking from start to finish...stroppy pressure salesman who promised a fitted service...wrong sized bath...botch job...plasterer who couldn't actually plaster ...spar well wide!
