I LOVE Debora’s cakes (and pasticcini, and desserts, and biscuits... basically anything she bakes). They are the best in town, beautifully baked with fresh ingredients and packed with taste. As an Italian living in Cambridge, I can guarantee her cakes are delicious bites of Italian heaven. ;)
Debora makes the most delicious cakes in Cambridgeshire (that I could try/find)! Her meringata is a rare delight. Meringue with cream/ice cream. I would very highly recommend. It also looks great. The pic does not make it justice.
I cannot recommend Debora's cakes highly enough. They are all delicious (we've worked our way through a lot of them!) and she is so good about customising her cakes. I love that she does small cakes too, which have been perfect during lockdown when we can't get together. She is just a pleasure to deal with and her cakes are sublime.

Absolutely incredible cake. We got one for my mums 60th birthday Xmas day 2020 and it was perfect. We got the chocolate mousse gateau with was rich and creamy but without the sickly heavy feeling. Will definitely get a cake again. Thank you Debora!
