After attempting to return an electrically defective shower I was told by unqualified staff the only way to have it rectified or be reimbursed was to attempt to wire it up and then the guarantee would be valid and an engineer would call. An absolute joke by a complete idiot who would rather see human life put in danger rather than have the issue legitimately resolved by returning money. Do not go or take their advise ............ worse than useless they’re incompetently dangerous

Called today for some paint. The young member of staff Jacob was most helpful and could not have been more helpful, also the lady at the till was very good. When I felt not well suddenly she was most concerned. I have recovered thankfully. Thanks to all the staff.

Always great if you just need spare wood or nails for fixing something, a hobby or a project. Always good for paint including Matt or gloss.
