Alex, the young man in the cycling department is an absolute credit to Halfords Bishop Auckland. So refreshing for a chain store to make you feel like a little person shop. His (Alex) knowledge of bikes is incredible and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Told him he'd be seeing a lot more of myself and the family starting with another visit Tuesday when he promises me he can sort out my sons buckled wheel. Thank you.

Excellent experience. I bought a new bike here and when collecting it the staff member Danny was extremely helpful and attentive, he explained everything including all the accessories, which he fitted onto the bike there and then. By the time I left the store I felt very informed about my new bike and how the team would look after it over the next year. Thanks very much guys for a great buying experience.

The staff are very helpful, the store is pretty well stock of most things and laid out well. The fitment service is very handy such as battery and bulb fitting which I saw an older Gentleman getting done to which the staff were patient and very pleasant towards him which was lovely to see. Possibly some improvement to the car cleaning area could be done such as suggested kits or bundles of products to go together and details possibly YouTube videos of how and when to use them.
