I arrived here with my usual low expectation of such places! How wrong was I? Simon & his colleague at Service Reception greeted me warmly. I explained I'd have to sit & wait. To my genuine surprise I was shown to a discreet COVID friendly desk, invited to connect to the free Wifi and a decent mug of tea was provided! Am I the owner of a premium vehicle supplied by the dealer...the complete opposite...I'm a driver of a sign-written van supplied by lease company! What a genuinely refreshing experience in these tricky times. Thankyou Simon & Bishops Guildford - brilliant.

Bought a Fiat 500x from here 2.5 years ago. No after sales service whatsoever, even when dealing with a recall issue. Had to phone and chase up on various occasions. I recently part exchanged the car with another garage and had to phone them to check something about the vehicle. Yet again no call back. Reminded me just how bad they are and prompted this review.

Car was not prepared for test drive. Had not been cleaned as there was white dog hair in the car, hand marks on the doors and windows ect. We are in a COVID 19 alert and yet this is the standard this dealership presents. we had traveled for over an hour to this dealership today, so not local. They also double booked us, so after returning from test drive we waited for over 20 minutes, before giving up and handing the keys to another member of staff and walked away. Astounded.
