Triston from Brightside has been diligent, knowledgeable and conscientious to the task in hand. He explained to me and my son all the steps that were needed to complete the work, and kept us informed all the way through the job. The work was to replace and rebuild an old BAXI fireplace in a period room and also carry out exploration work to a closed fireplace. He is a clean and tidy tradesman, whom was punctual. We would not hesitate to use him again.

The service and attention to detail from start to finish was incredible. I talked through what I wanted and Triston listened, then explained the size of the log burner I would need, what works would be carried out and sent me a detailed quote listing everything clearly. The installation itself went smoothly, disruption was kept to an absolute minimum during the work and each day on site they cleaned up. Once the burner was installed Triston tested it and showed me how to light it properly. He also advised me on the best timber to burn and how to look after the burner. I am absolutely delighted with the result and cannot recommend Triston's work enough.
