Useless music shop. Unless you are beginner wanting to learn ukulele or drums, the staff are absolutely useless. They know little to nothing about guitars, bass or drums and have no knowledge about instruments. Unwelcoming and not very friendly. I took my guitar into the store a couple of times to ask if they could fix a simple issue. The lady I asked was absolutely useless and said to me that she would ask her colleague. He colleague came and told me the repair would be 230, for a simple issue that would be under 40 to fix! The guitars in the shop are all very cheap, bad quality and overall terrible in selection. I would like to see the shop abolished! Horrible service.

The staff at Derosa simply cannot do enough to help you. The shop is professional yet friendly and as an interior designer I love the ambience that the environment there creates. Perfect for any creative! The tutors are great and professional musicians in their own right which always leaves you feeling like you are in good hands. I have lessons there as an adult learner and my son also who is 6 years old. Both of us love going there and I highly recommend a trip to Derosa to see how you can benefit too.

We cannot commend De Rosa enough. The tuition our son has received has been second to none. All of the staff are excellent role models and they all nurture a passion for music and performance. The shows/gigs that are put on at the end of term have given our son the opportunity to perform in front of audiences and to grow in confidence. Thank you to you all.

Friendly knowledgeable staff support an excellent team of musicians here. Great for kids learning an instrument for the first time. Equally good for adults who missed their musical calling in their youth too!!!
