So disappointing. I bought two lobsters as a treat for my husband's lockdown birthday, in an effort to make it as special as possible. I chose Marrfish because of their excellent reviews and the fact that they supported British Fisherman, being British fishermen themselves and operating from the North of England. First disappointment was that the lobsters were Canadian. Second disappointment was, when defrosted, there was a lot of water/liquid, which kept seeping from the lobsters long after they had been taken out of their bag and put on the plate. Third disappointment was the flavour. Basically there wasn't any! The meat had a lovely texture, but was wet and flavourless. I also bought a tub of lobster meat, which is in the freezer, awaiting another special occasion. I now fear that, too, will prove to be a waste of money. So sad and so annoying. Based on this experience I will not be buying from them again.

One of a kind in the industry as they are fishermen as well. Always great fish with extended provenance, which we love. They always work with us to let us know what's in season and what's got good pricing so we can maximise our profits. Why use anyone else?

Just received our 1st delivery from Marrfish. Website excellent, easy ordering, great recipe suggestions. Very good communications about the order and delivery. Box arrived beautifully packed and all contents safely frozen. Just tried the large haddock fillet - delicious & obviously so fresh - what a difference in taste. Thank you and can't wait to eat our way through the rest of the order.

Just received our 4th Bulk purchase of Fish from Marrfish. With some experience now I could thoroughly recommend buying your fish requirements from Marrfish. I spoke to a very helpful you man a day or so before ordering who told me that since going Retail they have had so much support from the general public. Not difficult to see why as the quality of fish and indeed service is simply fantastic. Although just the two of us we are enjoying more fish per week than ever. Congratulations to Marrfish, please keep supplying the general public.

I've been using Marrfish for many years now. I heard of them as I'm in the food industry myself and own a hamper company. As a total and complete \foodie\ I had to know more about these boat owners and fishermen... Bottom line; great guys who really know their stuff. They supply fresh fish direct from their boats and what they don't catch they can supply. I've used them for countless functions and large scale dinner parties and wouldn't go anywhere else. Here's your man Martin on his last visit down my way...
