I have always had a positive experience dining in Pircios! The food has always been cooked lovely and the service has been to a high standard; their cocktails are superb! I would say that for some people they may dislike the noise, the restaurant is large in a grand hall however for me personally I’m a social person and enjoy the hustle and bustle. Since their closure due to COVID19, I have ordered online and had food and cocktails delivered most recently for Valentine’s Day - still absolutely fabulous! Food was still hot and delivery time spot on!

Visited here the first time since lockdown and they had installed screens, staff wore masks and seated the tables slightly further apart which was reassuring. As always, Pircio never fails to disappoint. Food was delicious, presented beautifully and served in good time too. The menu selection is always so vast I never know what to order but there's a great selection for both meat eaters, pescetarians or vegetarians so there's something for everyone. They also have a vast array of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks too, including very pretty looking mocktails Staff are always lovely, friendly and accommodating too constantly keeping our water topped up, asking how food was and asking if we needed anything else - these small touches is what makes a great restaurant, and this is why I'll always return to Pircio! Also worth noting that all food is Halal so if you're Muslim then you don't have to order fish or a vegetarian meal, you can have anything you like on the menu!

Lovely lunch, lovely and helpful staff, 2 menus and kitchens!! (Italian and Turkish) Really clean, attractive venue, also currently loads of covid measures in place which are effective without being imposing. Also very reasonably priced, we had the lunch deal.

If you fancy your chances at COVID this the the place to go. We Booked a table for 6:30 they attempted to ram us in the middle of two tables touching shoulders with the people either side. No social distancing between staff No cleaning between contacts. Clearly over booked with only profits in mine. Quite frankly discussing service from the management and will never return to a restaurant we have used for years.

Have been to Pircio many times and it is one of our favourite restaurants. We went this evening for a birthday meal. We booked for 10 People but we were sat on two different tables which wasn’t what we requested but there was a bit of confusion with the booking so this wasn’t entirely their fault and the man seating us did his very best. We had to stand and wait almost half hour for tables to be close to one another. One of our tables was 4 adults and two young children, one a toddler who ate nothing. We were charged service charge as we were a table of 6. This was almost 20. I said I would like to leave my own tip as I felt this was too much. The man was very rude and aggressive and argued. I explained I had left a tip but service charge is not compulsory and he shouted back “isn’t it!!” I reminded him that it isn’t in this country and I should be able to leave what I feel is appropriate. Unfortunately despite the food being lovely, the rudeness at the end leaves a nasty taste. There was also no social distancing whatsoever, my seat was touching the man behind. Extremely busy due to the eat out to help out which we expected but everyone one was so squashed together. I wouldn’t personally visit again whilst social distancing measures are in place as they are clearly not being adhered to and I wouldn’t particularly want to be served by such a rude man again!
