After previously being let down, I contacted The Party Box who were able to help with fantastic balloons, banner and wrapping paper for collection that same day! Very friendly team, great service and good assortment of bits. Will be back!

Utterly disappointed. For some reason my Mum and myself have been returning to this store for years despite having numerous problems with orders. This final time, involved a balloon that was broken at the seam so deflated before even reaching home. Being regular customers and despite my mum living 40miles away now; she still chose to come to the bishops Stortford store to get a balloon surprise for my daughters 2nd birthday. Surprise indeed when the poor teddy balloon was deflated. Having contacted them straight away they couldn’t offer anything. They were asked numerous times if they could make something similar ready for her party, and drop it to a friends house, or meet somewhere convenient for all to save my mum having to do another 80 mile round trip for a balloon, but apparently it was too much to ask them to drop it off somewhere on their route home. Considering they accepted liability for it too, but yet weren’t able to mildly help us. All they could offer us was to come back and collect something else. This was 3pm and the store closed at 5pm, with my daughters birthday being the next day, a Sunday. Considering the same balloon deflated in the store when my mum arrived to collect it, they must have known there was a problem. Just feel like they conned my mum out of money and didn’t seem to want to rectify the problem. 100% not fair to anyone, but not fair to someone who is vulnerable. The same thing happened last year and not even an apology was given for ruining my daughters christening balloon. If you are s lucky one who gets a simple balloon that’s overpriced and nothing goes wrong then I’m sure you will have a great time, but let’s hope that you don’t have to come across the extremely rude and unhelpful staff.

Excellent customer service. My daughter had a mishap with a large number balloon she had purchased from an online store for my grandson's 21st birthday. Due to the restrictions in place at this time, in desperation we contacted The Party Box, not knowing if anyone would be there, luckily the shop was still taking orders, and, at very short notice, they were able to help us out. I wished we had realised the shop was still taking orders before purchasing elsewhere. The shop is full of beautiful decorations, and will be our 'go to' shop for future purchases.
The party box soon got me sorted with balloons at quite short notice. Such good quality. Thank you for excellent service.
