Having used this company for 17 years and after trying to order recently I have now closed my account. Even this seems to have caused a problem as when I asked how much credit I had, I was told 200 pounds but have subsequently received my statement saying I only have 68. However the real issue is the insultingly rude customer service from their advisor. I will never use this or a company affiliated with them again.
