Call out to house to repair puncture to rear tyre. First time black Akrapovic exhaust removed since fitted from new at dealership. Work carried out in the winter and damage only noticed some time later when bike was washed. Socket set used stripping paint off and denting the exhaust manifold badly. Notified of damage to exhaust and shock absorber. As some time had elapsed, didn't want to know. Customer service dreadful.
