Made the stupid mistake of letting these idiots handle the transfer of my business electricity supply. They screwed up the transfer date, failed to provide the transfer information correctly, overcharged by using estimated readings when we have a half hour smart meter and simply forgot to advise the new supplier of our climate change levy rate. The follow ups are painfully slow and they don't get anything resolved anyway. Quite simply Black Sheep are not fit for purpose, avoid or you will reget it.

ANNOYING!!! Constant harassment via phone calls and emails to our business. When asked who's calling the response I get is 'Jake'... As if i am meant to know who Jake is with the amount of calls we receive daily... This company rings weekly and despite being told we are not interested they still don't stop calling claiming to have spoken to someone else in the office about the utilities etc... NOT TRUE. We have asked persistent caller to cancel and remove us from their contact list but we are still being called WEEKLY. Please give up and take no for an answer!
