Be careful if you are after quality. Customer services and communication is good, delivery also was well arranged however, the most important of all which is the product itself, it is of questionalbe quality. I received an armchair with an 8 cm cut scratch on the side. This has been patched/glued in the factory but is clearly visible to the bear eye and also the area around the scratch feels rough and the leather there feels thiner as if this has all been processed differently to the area around it. It is very evident that something was wrong with that particular piece of leather and this has been patched. The excuse that was given to me was that this is atural mark of the animal\ which is simply not the case. On review of the feedback posted about them, it seems that this is a very common excuse to anyone complaining of marks/scratches in the leather. It is clearly a very convenient way of deflecting any concerns about the quality of the product. It is true that it is not uncommon for leather products to have some marks however this is being used here as an easy excuse for everything. Would not recommend to anyone after a high quality product. UPDATE 21/01/2021. As per above, customer service is really good and helpful. Contacted me and did their best to solve the problem. The manufacturing line is insisting that this is an animal mark, a statement that I find extremely difficult to accept - nevertheless we reached an mutually agreeable solution. Many thanks to customer services and Kayleigh, the 3 stars should go to them.

Stay away - dishonest and unethical - They sent used 3 seater exposed to sunlight as per picture - illegal products that had not passed any fire safety regulations. When questioned they replied \all three fire labels fell off.\ I have reported them to Trading Standards with have confirmed that it was not legal to sell sofas without safety measures. They refused to take back the sofa which was also badly stitched, with scratches and were defective. This company should be ashamed of themselves as I have a husband with severe mobility and if the material is not fire retardant..they will be liable if anything happen to him.

My antique green corner chesterfield arrived today. I am really pleased with the corner chesterfield. I ordered the sofa 12 weeks ago. I was told I would have to wait 10-12 weeks for the sofa to be made and delivered. I am really pleased that designersofas4u met the estimation. Communication was also good. I received a phone call a couple of weeks before my sofa was ready. I also received a phone call of a delivery time between 2-5pm the delivery guys arrived on time at 2pm. Lee was very helpful and polite. I even got a hand sanatiser to make the delivery adhere to co-vid guidelines. I’m very happy that everything was on time as I’m aware it must be extremely difficult and busy at the moment with Co-Vid. I would certainly buy from designersofas4u again. I have tagged some photos on Instagram of the Corner Chesterfield I hope my corner chesterfield will be featured on the company’s Instagram. Thank you for a smooth transaction. The Chesterfield has exceeded my expectations.
