Absolute joke of a place phoned up last week because i found a lump and been feeling sick and drained for the past 2 weeks so i wanted to be tested for cancer as i have the same symptoms as last time,I explained to the lady on the phone ive had cancer in the past and all my symptoms are the same and she told me i would have to wait 8 weeks to get an appointment so i now looking into changing my GP as they clearly dont care about there patients

Very rude and pathetic staff at reception. They lack basic manners. Absolutely horrendous telephone manners , seems like they're not trained to do their job properly Doctors on the other hand are well nice and polite it's just the receptionist with appalling attitude.

Most comments I've read are about receptionists being such and such... I think they’re okay just depends how you talk to them, biggest concern is when you ring up to make an appointment or enquiry I had to call over 40 times to get through just to get on the waiting list! If only I could attach a picture of my call log!!
