I can't really comment on the cleaning service provided as they did not turn up to clean. I booked online and got allocated a slot and then a few days before got an email telling me that my slot had been cancelled, which I queried and they called to say it was a mistake and my clean would go ahead. However on the day of the clean nobody turned up. I asked if anyone was coming via a message on their App and got no response. Nobody called to apologise or otherwise contacted me to clarify what the issue had been.
