Fantastic service. We dealt with Trishna Lad and I couldn't recommend her more, this vehicle was for my daughter and she was supportive and answered all questions knowledgeably. As far as Toyota themselves are concerned, I have the C-HR hybrid and it's a great vehicle, I was somewhat nervous about the hybrid part but the car is so good that my daughter has now got the C-HR hybrid as well. For all those worried about the hybrid technology, you don't need to be, it works like a dream, and even better this vehicle doesn't have to be plugged in at all, it charges itself. I'll definitely be going back to Toyota next time.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Alasdair, Ben (Service Department) & James (Finance Controller)! They helped my husband and myself sort out a major problem caused by one of the other Toyota branches which has recently been taken over by Steven Eagle, when I brought the car I didn't receive the V5C form or green slip as we were told by the original branch we got the car from that all this was all done online so we didn't receive anything and when it came to renewing the tax on the car we wasn't able to do so due to the fact Toyota Solihull messed up massively and didn't send off the much needed and very important paperwork. Alasdair, Ben & James helped us out massively and we couldn't have been more grateful for the customer service we received and wish we lived closer to Blackburn so we could have any future dealings and cars from this branch! Thank you so much and we really appreciate it! We highly recommend this company/branch and the staff mentioned in this review! Thank you again this is the best customer service we have received!
