This is my first job in England, all the staff have been very friendly and welcoming since i started. We have lots of training and help to carry out our jobs. Everyone works as part of a team, where we help each other.
Belsfield house, Gives people with dementia a place to feel at home and to be welcomed like one big happy family the staff and facilities are outstanding ever resident is treated as an individual and every need catered for more stars would be given if possible.
