Had a cooker delivered from here yesterday had a look around it when i checked it over its full of cob webs and dead daddy long legs. If it was cleaned wouldnt be full of daddy long legs and cob webs don't know how a business can sell something in this condition in the first place and to top it of when turned on and tested cooker has a strong urine smell ownerstates this is cleaning products (SEARCHED WHAT THE SMELL IS AND IT SAYS MICE) Rang the owner to try and see if he would sort it out and got screamed at and told i wasnt aloud to speak if that's customer service then god help us wouldnt buy anything from them wouldn't even give one star owner tried saying it has been plumbed in wrong which is a insult as my cousin did it for me who is a qualified electirition.
Hardly ever answer phone. When got through was very abrupt. Doesnt really want to buy second hand washers. In past i bought second hand stuff fridge washer etc from this shop, and they didnt last very long. Wont use them again.
Bought a cooker from them not been cleaned outside or inside.
Got a secondhand washer from here great service, fair and reasonable price and included delivery and installation and guarantee would recommend to anybody
