Had a fantastic time at Clue HQ for our first escape room experience. Thank you for making us so welcome. The friendliness of the staff who were eager to ensure we had a good time made our visit all the more pleasurable. It's a great attraction for anyone in the Blackpool area who are looking for a fun and memorable experience. The attraction is also suitable for wheelchair users. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant experience! Our ost Matthew was fantastic, booked over the phone and he was so professional yet friendly, when we arrived at the venue Matthew and Natasha greeted us with big smiles, Matthew then hosted our escape room challenge, he was very attentive throughout and in all honesty I believe it was the best customer service I have ever received in ANY establishment! The cell was brilliantly thought out and was far more difficult then what i had expected it to be. The hour passed very quickly due to being so pre occupied through out. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. We also enquired about booking my daughters party there, both Natasha and Matthew was very enthusiastic and showed us the party room along with giving us all the information required. These 2 members of staff are an absolute credit to any busisness! Thank you!
