I am not sure how best to review this establishment as I have quite simply been blown away by the professionalism, heart and quality of the service I received. I went to a sample sale and of course ended up buying a sample that wasn't on sale! This being said I was given so much time and honesty in helping me find my dream dress. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. The dress needed alterations which again were done to perfection. The ladies went way above and beyond for me and made a stressful time that little bit easier. I got married on a cruise and so when I needed to wear the dress again at home for a wedding party they fitted a brand new hook and eye within an hours notice and didn't even charge me for it!! I cannot recommend this beautiful establishment with anymore enthusiasm.... They are something special truly. Thanks again for everything. I will be recommending you constantly!!! X x x

Despite the fact that I live in Newcastle upon Tyne and my Mum lives in North Wales, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Confetti Rain Bridal! I tried a few dress shops before we landed on their doorstep and I can honestly say that it was the best experience that I had - just lovely, down-to-earth, non-pushy, knowledgeable and highly-experienced ladies who know instinctively what works and what doesn’t. Michelle and Gill helped me find my perfect dress and then did all the necessary alterations for me. They were wonderful throughout and were well-worth travelling hundreds of miles for! I chose a beautiful Justin Alexander dress which fitted me perfectly once Gill had worked her magic and everyone thought the gown was stunning on our wedding day, on Lake Como, on 6th July. Thank you both for helping to make that day so special. I felt beautiful in my dress and it was a magical day that I will never forget.

This was by far the best bridal shop that we had been in whilst looking for a prom dress. The lady was very welcoming and helpful and although it was late we weren’t made to feel as though we had to rush. My daughter got an amazing dress. Excellent customer service would definitely recommend.

What a beautiful shop and fantastic service! I was lucky enough to be looked after by Michelle who made the experience very enjoyable and couldn't do enough to help me find he right dress! Which I did and couldn't be happier with! I visited a lot of shops trying to find the right dress but out of all of them I would definitely recommend visiting confetti rain as they have the most beautiful range of dresses and their bespoke service is excellent.
