These 2 chaps are completely unprofessional. When I arrived the man looked me up and down and complained to me because I hadn't answered the phone to confirm the appointment with him. I explained that it was in my diary and once I had booked it over the phone why would I not keep the appointment. He made me feel quite uncomfortable from the word go. He seemed annoyed that I had even turned up. We went upstairs where he asked us a series of questions regarding the business. Another gentleman who was sat in the office and who was not introduced to us nor did he introduce himself began chipping in during the meeting. A comment that he made regarding them doing both accounts ie personal and business completely put me off wanting to deal with them. I quote 'We are either doing them or we are not'!!! I found this very arrogant and unprofessional. There attitude towards me was that I was less superior to them. The man called me a week later as promised with an extortionate quote thousands of pounds for a very small business where there is not a lot of book keeping to do because we have done all of the hard work. I found the whole experience unbelievable. We did get an accountant to do our books in the end and he charged half of the price of these 2 charlatans. Initially they also never offered my mother a seat either and she can barely walk, she is 87 and walks with a stick. They also made her climb a flight of stairs when she has just got out of the hospital after a hip operation. DISGUSTING. Good luck and good riddens to these 2 unprofessional rude fellas.

Colin and the other owner are very polite professional , they really no there stuff anything you need to no about being self employed , i have been using this accountancy company for a while and they are the best i have had nothing is to much trouble thanks guys :)
