Having had some trouble finding a hotel that could cater for our disabled needs I was feeling somewhat disheartened until I spoke with Tom. He was more than helpful. Found us a suitable hotel in the area we needed. Booked our pre show meal and show tickets. Made it all so easy. Whilst I appreciate that this is his job he really made me feel like what we wanted mattered and I’m sure he felt and shared our excitement at finally getting our trip sorted. Will definitely be back next time and will definitely recommend.

Went into this small shop last week as we had just an afternoon and evening in Blackpool. The gentleman in there gave us every bit of information we could possibly need to make the best use of our time and evening. He gave us a great recommendation for an evening meal with a 5.00 coupon off. He sold us tram tickets and I'd like him to know we took the tram to Bispham and then walked the whole length of the lights with a stop for the meal on the way along. A great find for us a free map. Thank you.

we found little touches by chance today we had excellent service from. the young lad working today. we purchased tickets for the funny girls show tonight on.his recommendation . He also offered us advise on.resturantes for our evening meal tonight and hotels and Bed and Breakfast for future use . well and truly a one stop shop for all your needs when holidaying in Blackpool. I would highly recommend little touches .

What an idiot the guy that works there is. Simply asked how much tower and dungeons are. Took out my phone to write it down and he said "I'm a bit sick of people coming in here comparing prices online, that is what you're doing right?" Never been so rudely spoken to, who should have to justify what they're doing with their phone, and to think this place was recommended to us by Bridle Boutique. Clearly is not up to date with the 21st century, explaining the poor website. This place shouldn't be recommended to anyone, unless you live in the 19th century.
