Went to look at a car and my wife and I were well looked after (albeit outside and social distancing) especially give the restrictions. If I do buy a car, hopefully after the 22nd Feb, we look forward to the same level of customer service, attention to detail and listening to what we actually want, rather than just try to sell us any car.

I would totally recommend Lloyds mini Blackpool. Rob wood was excellent from the start walked me through the process very honest, very professional. I really appreciated the great communication. Gary delivered the car to Newcastle, great guy took the time to walk me through everything, excellent service! I bought a second hand car but it felt like I was buying a brand new one because of the service from Lloyd’s. I would also recommend Lloyd’s Newcastle they also helped with the process. The Lloyd’s dealerships have customer service spot on.
