Non existent after sales service. Had some replacement windows fitted and now every time it rains the inside of my window recess gets sodden. I have called Macdale several times but no attempt has been made to rectify the problem. They totally ignore my repeated requests to come and inspect the problem. Don't waste your money with this firm, find a reliable company with decent after sales service.
