I would like to thank Sean in Blackpool store, I had a list of toys to buy for Someone else and did not know where to start, Sean took the list off me and within a few minutes had found all the toys for me. The store is so huge it would have taken me a lot longer. Thank you Sean for being so helpful and so polite.

I had this place at 5 stars. That is until my son's bike started to rust at 9 months old. Still in warranty yet the staff, assistant manager, manager and head office all tried to fob me off by blaming me for storing the bike in a garage. They've finally agreed to replace the rusted part but only after the threat of trading standards and the small claims court. Terrible customer service. Go to toys r us instead.
We're from Manchester and I needed to return a 25 remote control car because the rc cars in the pound store are of better quality and I wasnt so happy paying 24 more just because its from smyth toys. The original purchase was made from smyth toys in Eccles but seen as we were on our way to Blackpool I thought I just return it there... little did I know that the manager from this store gets his underwear in a twist if anyone dares to return anything. He's \despicable\ !! They literaly placed \gru\ in a children's toy store!!

Really good choice of toys though most are sold at the higher end RRP. The products can often be found cheaper in supermarkets or online, but really good range of toys. The staff are pleasant. However we asked a member of staff what the price of an item was as it wasn't labelled. He then googled it and told us the wrong price so it was actually 17 at the till and not 10 as he'd advised. Has a large car park with ample parking.
