Steve is very Professional and a perfectionist and also a very nice Guy. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and won’t let you down. He has drilled my bowling balls through my 30 year bowling career which helped me win many a tournament. I also bowled with Steve for many a year at the highest level and winning national tournaments along the way. Thanks Steve see you soon for some gear once lockdown is over.

Looked on Google to see when shop opens and it states 1pm -5pm Saturdays. We travelled down which took us 1hour, the shop was shut! It states on the shop door to call for an appointment (WHICH DOES NOT STATE ON THE WEBSITE!) We called the mobile number provided which was no reply, we then left voice message. We waited in the bowling ally for him to turn up as may of been running late, we were approached by numerous workers and they also rang the guy to see where he was but no reply! Workers then said he comes at any time. Obviously this is not good, we waited an HOUR and still nothing! We then left my son was very upset as he wanted to use his ball. Unfortunately he cant now and will be finding somewhere else to go. I advise anyone NOT to come here as very bad service. Still hasn't got back to any of our calls! Not good customer service...... STAY AWAY!
I went here today to have my sons new bowling ball drill looked on the website it says open a 1 -5 so we travelled 1 hour to there got there for 1 oclock and it was shut. So we rang his mobile several times no answer. Also people who work there said he should be here so they rang his mobile house phone and Facebook nothing. Completely unacceptable we waiting till 2.15 and travelled back 1 hour home my son was upset. Wont be attending here again .plus the bowling place its self looks like its gonna fall down very dated and old health hazard
Steve is a great bowler with over 50 years experience and knows how to custom fit balls for all bowlers in addition to passing on great tips and techniques for younger bowlers. Top job Steve keep it up.
