Registered contact details in advance via website. Friendly efficient greeting from security and then shown to our socially distant table. Lovely girl took our orders and brought us drinks. Fresh modern decor. Good music at a comfortable volume. Spotless modern toilets.

One of the best bars in Blackpool. A great selection of food and drink. I tried the Nachos which were delicious. I would definitely recommend this venue.

Greeted by a lovely door lady who took our details and showed us to a table. Unfortunately it was a high one which, when I sat upon the chair, I felt rather unsafe and was afraid I may have a nosebleed due to the altitude. I asked the door lady if there was any chance of a lower table when one became available. This was no bother and we got moved pretty quickly. The drinks and food appeared promptly served by a polite waiter. Topped garlic bread was lovely! I was a bit hesitant to use the toilets having read some of the reviews. This was unfounded and they were perfectly clean, probably the best toilets I've visited in Blackpool. I couldn't recommend this bar enough. Although covid guidelines are in place, this did not spoil our visit and were easy to follow. Thanks xx

We visited The Flying Handbag in August 2020, the lovely door lady was extremely accommodating considering we were in a group of 8 people, we were safely sat as near to as each other, strictly following covid guidelines. The bar staff were amazing too. We always have a great time in there. I highly rate this venue.

One of the most friendliest bars around Blackpool, friendly staff , great atmosphere, beautiful decor, dawn the door woman is one of the nicest people I've ever met on the doors ,so accommodating, she really is an asset to the bar .. definitely recommend if your ever visiting Blackpool.
