Have never left a negative review however I was so disappointed with the level of service with this depot. Very, very rude to the customer in front of me and then continued the bad attitude with me. Just to add insult to it Topps Tiles work on the basis of really inflated prices for us 'normal' customers and discounted prices for trade. Much more expensive than any other major retailer. Maybe he just woke up on the wrong side of bed but I have never been spoken to so rudely.

Salesman was not at all helpful. Gave the impression that he clearly could not be bothered. Decided to go across the road to another shop where I received excellent customer service and was able to purchase exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I would not return to Topps Tiles at any future stage.
