The instructors at Okami Shotokan Karate are really passionate and enthusiastic about shotokan karate and it shows in how the lessons are delivered. All techniques are explained, demonstrated, broken down and then performed by students. Training covers traditional martial arts, application, sports karate and fitness. The way the classes are delivered, alongside the passion and personality of the instructors makes Okami Shotokan Karate a great place to practice.
