I have a happy 2 years old male pedigree Shih Tzu . In March I went to hospital for 2 weeks and I pick up my dog 1 week later thinking he was in good hands .. short story long they cut very badly may hair dog without authorisation ( specially when I had previously several time mention to never cut him as I am trying to have him with a long moustache and ponytail) I was buzy in my head when I pick up him but when I notice the disaster I call them up . They at the first place didn’t want to admit it was a mistake and was keep telling me that he couldn’t see ( with a hairband he had he see perfect since I had him ) they over cut very badly so ugly half of his moustache and several whole behind his head \u200d️ .. I was upset but as soon I get home and have a quiet time with my dog cuddle him .. I pick up him and and he was very skinny I could feel all his ribs . I email them to tell how much I was disappointed.. I had an answer feed days later saying if the verbal apologies wasn’t enough bla-bla-bla I went to weight my dog he has lost 2 kg !!! It is a lot for a small dog !!! It took me a month to make him gain weight .. he wasn’t sick he was just malnourished!!! long story short I paid them fully in cash almost 400 for have badly looking after my dog THEY FAIL AND NEVER REFUND ME OR NEVER MENTION TO REFUND ME EITHER ... I am not recommended at all

This is a clean, well managed Kennels. It's set in a beautiful environment. My dog was well cared for and literally seemed more happy when I collected him.

This was the first time for my 1yr old very busy blue Merle to stay here he came home very happy and clean my parents done the dropping off and the staff were fantastic would recommend. Thanks to the staff for taking such good care of him

My dog Thor has been to the kennels a few times, the staff has always been friendly and very helpful. I booked Thor in to have a bath for when I collected him, the only problem was I was unsure of which day this would be as I was travelling back from holidays and wasn't sure what the traffic was like. Long story short, the staff told me to message them when I was on my way back and he would be done ready for me to pick up. Nothing was too much trouble. My boy looks forward to seeing the staff.
