Contacted few dealers for a potential KODIAQ purchase, Blade Skoda replied me back almost instantly. All of my questions were answered honestly and best of their ability. Blade's offers were hard to beat, which combined with very good customer service. I've placed my order for Skoda Kodiaq today. Soon the review will be updated once the vehicle is delivered. So far, I'm very happy with their service.

Blade Skoda has a very relaxed selling strategy which helps you make decisions in what is most people's second biggest purchase in life, the other one of course being a house! Marcel our sales executive has been very helpful. We pick the car up later next week, when I will be able to finish my appraisal.
Great service. I wanted to leave me car while we went away and they were very happy to accommodate me. The service was much cheaper than I expected from a dealer, in fact it was cheaper then my normal garage by 80 and I will definitely go back. Staff were friendly and prompt to serve you too.

Blade Gloucester MOTd my Octavia on 04/04/2019. They had to replace an indicator bulb. They told me the paint on the bulb had worn out. The front light where they replaced the bulb is now condensing on the inside. I took my car to them and explained the problem to see if I could agree a time to bring in my car. The guy at the service desk said he would sort it there and then. He came back and told me the bulb had been replaced correctly and the there was nothing wrong with the work they had carried out. I told him that prior to them taking off and replacing the light there was not any problem. He shrugged his shoulders, smiled and said perhaps someone had knocked the car in a car park. I told him he must be joking. His reply was they would take off the light and dry the inside. I told him to bring my car back to me give me my keys and I would contact Skoda. When he returned the car it was in the same condition as when I took it in I did point out that there was no sign of any damage anywhere near the light and received no response. I have used this garage for servicing and MOT since moving to the area and previously found the staff helpful. I was considering downsizing to a Fabia now I have retired but having been spoken to as if I was "The village idiot" I will now take my custom elsewhere as in my opinion Blade should have been responsible for repairing a problem they caused. Great service with very attentive staff. I always have found the staff at this dealership to be very friendly.
Was test driving a car and the staff were all very helpful, polite. There was tea, coffee and other drinks available. Best of all a good long test-drive so you could get a good feel for the car.
