Excellent personal Service. I've recently test ridden several bikes. I can honestly state that Blades go the extra mile to make you feel a valued customer. Pete and his Manager, Steve run a really positive, friendly bike shop. Highly recommended.

Steve and the team at Blade Triumph are first class. Excellent service, advice and not too pushy (as the other reviews have stated as well). Great selection of new bikes had me drooling but I bought a 2018 Tiger XCX. Steve arranged new tyres and heated grips to be added before I collected it (all negotiated fairly on top of the bike price). Really pleased with the bike (love the triple) which was prepared perfectly, with a comprehensive handover and guidance on the new controls, how to get the panniers on and off etc. Will definitely be back. Thanks again to Steve and the team!

Fantastic service from the chaps in the service department when a mystery and difficult-to-find gremlin occupied the TSAS suspension system of my 1200 Explorer. They tracked it down eventually and provided excellent customer care in the process. Highly Recommended

I bought a used Triumph Trophy through a private purchase. It developed an intermittent EMS fault and I asked the team at Blade Triumph if they could find the fault. They tested it and checked it including all connections but no fault could be found. They then offered to road test it over several journeys, which I was happy to agree to, but still no fault could be found. They did far more than just go the extra mile. I accepted that the most likely cause was a loose connector that had been remedied during checking. I was prepared for a significant bill as the technicians had spent a considerable amount of time trying to find a fault. I was very pleasantly surprised to be presented with a standard charge and not an hourly invoice. I got the impression that their knowledge of my motorcycle was extensive and detailed. Customer service was faultless. I had a used machine purchased privately but was treated no differently to anyone who had purchased directly from this dealer.
