Blake Chartered Surveyors are an extremely efficient company that provide an extremely good service within a short space of time. I was provided with an extensive and well detailed report which was easy to understand and follow. The service was of an extremely high standard which entailed receiving follow up phone calls and numerous emails which answered all of my concerns and queries. Additionally their prices are extremely economical in comparison to many other companies. I was extremely impressed with the work that this company did for me in such a short space of time. I was most impressed by their honesty. The fact that I was informed by the company that I did not need the expensive report that I initially thought I needed as they felt it was not necessary and was therefore charged a lesser fee was a really refreshing and humbling act. Most other companies would have issued me with the dearer fee without any form of explanation. The additional positives and uniqueness of Blake Surveyors is that they do not charge VAT and you are only expected to pay the required fee after they have inspected your potential property and presented you with the survey /report that you requested, whereas every other company requires you to pay fully before the job is carried out. I highly recommend Blake Chartered Surveyors, I would certainly utilize their services again. They are a small and intimate company which means the standard of service is high and the focus is 100% on each and every individual that they work with.
