Used Blanc White City for their alterations service. The finish was very professional as were the staff. Gloria was incredibly friendly and passionate about the service which they offer. She was also absolutely lovely to deal with. Many thanks to Irena the tailor who not only altered my jeans and trousers perfectly but also noticed and repaired an area where the manufacturer had not completed the stitching correctly. Thank you both very much!

Their dry cleaning and alterations service were amazing. Every moments from droping off to picking up was super delicate and professional. When I got my garments back, it looked like even a new one! AND the staff, Gloria is very kind, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience at BLANC. I dropped off my coat, which was in quite the state after an accident, and when I picked it up, it was better than it had ever been! The service is lovely, with a smile and a lot of understanding. The process simple. I felt that my coat was in good hands from the moment I stepped in the door. Highly recommend! I will be back.

Absolutely brilliant! Great experience, staff were super-friendly and professional and my shirts came back super soft and fresh!
Really lovely shop! I left my shirts to be cleaned there and very happy with the results, as everything was sparkling clean and they even spotted that one of my stain would not be able to be cleaned without potentially damaging the shirt, which I did not want to happen. Will come back again!
