I live in Canada and have a dear friend in Newcastle upon Tyne who is recovering from an illness. I wanted to do something to help lighten the load of recovery and reached out to the guys at Spoonhead to arrange for a weeks worth of meals to be delivered to my friend. They were exceptionally helpful, answering my questions and made it happen despite me slightly missing the deadline due to the time zone difference. Used these guys quite a few times in the past and the meals were always great, loads of choices and sticking to them was the only time I’ve lost weight so quickly, nice professional friendly company as well. Would recommend
