Ordered from Blooms for a weekend 2 days event. Overall the flower items were decent quality. But time management and communication was poor. The flower items were being made when we arrived to the shop and should have been already been ready for collection. Other day we were expecting delivery and advised they would not be able to deliver few hours earlier same day. When we went to collect they hadn't started making the flower items. Had to wait at the shop whilst they were made, and again delayed our arrival to the wedding event. Poor communication from their part. Hope they improve on this for their future customers.
Great service both delivery wise & communications, my partner was most pleased with the bouquet. Would definitely recommend! ( Flowers were full of life and were arranged to a beautiful aesthetic ) 10/10 :)

The services are very poor and the lady is talking with costumers in a rude manner. Not recommend this shop!!
